Ledvo is local-first, so support starts with the browser, the device, and the backup you control. This page keeps the help flow on ledvo.app instead of sending you to a personal site.

Before asking for help

  • Export a fresh backup if the app still opens.
  • Note your browser name and version.
  • Copy any visible error message exactly as shown.
  • Say whether this is setup, import, posting, reports, or backup.

What Ledvo cannot recover

Ledvo does not keep a cloud copy of your ledger. If browser site data is erased and you never exported a backup, Ledvo cannot restore that book from a server copy.

Send a short support request from ledvo.app. The form records your message in a private support sheet so it does not get lost in a personal inbox. Do not include full ledger exports, private financial details, or passwords.
